A regional medical company, distributing medical devices and pharmaceuticals to hospitals and clinics. Operating in several countries including UAE, KSA, EGY, KWT, .. and expanding to more countries in the middle east. 

OUR SOLUTION:

We created a multi-company, multi-scope, system handling multiple branches and dealing with multiple currencies to distribute different product lines managing different teams and access rights. 

This system is now handling   8 different companies smoothly, along with our "Field Force" application to handle cycle planning and all sales activities.

A construction company, with most of the work done at the customers place by blue collars majority. The only way to manage and control the team and projects was via project managers, which increased the scaling up cost tremendously.

OUR SOLUTION:

We created a project oriented solution for all internal and external stakeholders. Our field service app can record all activities, planed vs actual modules. 

This saved company 40% of the labor and PMs work, hence increased control and profitability.

One of the fast growing Saudi Restaurants, with 25+ branches, holding multi-operational companies of Manufacturing ad Constructions, with over 1500+ employees. 

It was a managerial nightmare for the upper management to be able to control, follow and analyze the performance and track 1500+ daily people activities.

OUR SOLUTION:

We created a HR, Purchasing and Management Mobile app for employees to report from anywhere from both perspectives. 

Now all 3 companies are in one ERP with different users and access rights.

A robust system of 7-level approval and centralized reporting was developed within the holistic ERP, along with integrations with Foodics and other external applications.

CUBII is one of the leading manufacturers of manufacturing machines in Egypt and the Middle East, applying technology and AI to the production lines to most of the well known corporates of FMCG like JUHAINA, EGYPT FOODS, and more ...

It was very interesting project to take and to dig deep in the process, and operations, analyzing the business ad drawing the solution steps needed to be implemented.

We created a fully customized ERP to suite the business different processes, dynamic inventory, multi-process manufacturing, complicated accounting, sales CRM, customized reporting dashboard with management specific needs.

After analyzing the business, we reached to a different plan, we relaunched 2 main products, transformed the model from B2B into B2B2C, applying precise 360D digital transformation, where the company not only came back successfully running and getting profit, but also expanding to Middle East and Africa through my network of distributors.
